Could you help us?

Rea Valley Foodbank began in September 2022 with a team of volunteers to cover Tuesday mornings at Holy Trinity Church, Minsterley, and Thursday mornings at St George’s Church, Pontesbury. These are the venues where clients collect from. As well as helping when the Foodbanks are open, there are other roles which can be done in your own time, for example:

• Driving to transfer or collect goods
• Storeroom stock control
• Promotion and networking with partner organisations
• Fundraising

As with any new initiative, it can grow according to the number of people who help to run it.

To join our great team of friendly volunteers, please call in at either Holy Trinity Church, Minsterley on a Tuesday morning or St George’s Church, Pontesbury on a Thursday morning.
